Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before production begins. Balance payment is due by invoice deadline. No exceptions.
Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
We do our best to give you a very close representation of your final design including the use of all papers, materials if available at time of mock-up, close color matches, and envelopes. The colors of your final product may differ from the mock-ups and online proofs due to variations in proofing printers and monitor calibration. We do not guarantee the colors of your invitation unless a Pantone color is specified. This is why we provide you with Pantone color chips to choose your color.
